Porcelain Bridges

Missing teeth can be a source of worry and embarrassment, but it doesn’t have to be that way. If you are missing multiple teeth and would like a natural-looking tooth replacement, a dental bridge by Dr. Wagner and his Las Vegas, Nevada team could be exactly what you have been looking for.

Why you will love your new bridge

Like all tooth restorations there are both health and cosmetic benefits that include:

  • Teeth on either side of the gap will not be able to move
  • Bite preservation
  • Prevents ‘sunken face’
  • Eating without difficulty
  • Beautiful, natural looking smile

The most common bridge is known as a fixed bridge. Dr. Wagner will prepare the two abutting teeth and place a crown on each. Then, a fabricated tooth (pontic) will be placed between them and bonded for a secure fit.

“I’m so glad I came here for a second opinion on my dental work! I loved the office and everyone who helped me, they were warm, welcoming and made my experience great! You can tell they are honest and willing to work with you to help.”

What can I expect?

First the doctor will prepare the anchoring teeth. This typically requires the removal of some enamel. Then, he will take impressions in order for the dental lab to fabricate a perfectly matched bridge.

You will be fitted with a temporary bridge to protect the exposed teeth and gums while your permanent bridge is being made. When your permanent bridge is ready, the doctor will cement the bridge into place.

If you are worried about the potential cost of a porcelain bridge, please let us know. We are proud to offer our patients financing options so you don’t have to choose between other responsibilities and your dental health. We can help you get the dental care you need.
